Vic Reeves fronts the Totally Wild Appeal

The John Aspinall foundation, with wildlife parks at Howletts and Port Lymne in Kent are seeking to raise funds to allow them to continue their programme of reintroducing endangered animals to the wild in Gabon, Africa.

The John Aspinall foundation is seeking to raise funds to enable them to continue their programme in Gabon, Africa.

The John Aspinall Foundation, in conjunction with Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks, is devoted to saving rare and endangered animals. As a registered charity, it relies on donations to help continue with its breeding and reintroduction programmes for endangered animals to their natural habitat.

The Totally Wild mosaic appeal on behalf of The Aspinall Foundation is an exciting and fun-filled fundraising venture. Their mosaic is of Makoua, a silver-back gorilla playing with Teke, his son, the first ever baby born to a reintroduced gorilla. This painting by Martin Jordan was made from an original photograph taken in the wild.

An image tile costs just £10, and the sponsors’ border tiles are £100 each. You can buy one tile or as many as you wish, even get together with others – a group of friends, a school or even get everyone in your street to club together.

Some tiles have mystery prizes behind them including: junior keeper for the day, VIP tour for 6 around Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, free family admission to Howletts and Port Lympne, limited edition prints and many other prizes.
