Mosaic Appeals joins the Fundraising Standards Board!
Our membership of the Fundraising Standards Board demonstrates our ongoing commitment to high standards across our fundraising facilities. The FRSB is an organisation set up to support charitable organisations to self-regulate, with the aim of ensuring that people who wish to support a charity will be able to do so with confidence, in the knowledge that the charity or organisation follows the codes of practice outlined by the Institute of Fundraising.
Mosaic Appeals is proud to display the FRSB’s ‘Give with Confidence’ logo, which you will now see on the home and appeals pages of the website, as a reminder to supporters and potential sponsors of Mosaic Appeals’ commitment to fairness in fundraising. Our membership of the Fundraising Standards Board also means that if our supporters or clients are not satisfied with our fundraising practices, this can be reported to the FRSB.
To coincide with our membership of the FRSB, our ‘Fundraising Promise’ is now available to view on the website. This outlines our responsibilities to clients and donors alike. Our complaints procedure is also freely available to all visitors, and can be found with our ‘Terms and Conditions’.
